Thalaspa’s manufacture, allows
the management of the whole production chain : from formulating
products to shipping, including manufacturing and packing. The 1500 sq ² is equipped with : - Three under vacums mixers of 661,39 lbs, 330,69 lbs, 220,46 lbs - One powder mixer of 1 322,77 lbs - Two cold mixers of 1 759,76 pints and 879,88 pints - Three packaging lines for liquids from 30 ml to 8,80 pints - One packaging line for powders from 100gr to 11,02 lbs >> A real expertise
The Thalaspa know-how is about products based on active creams and gels as well as micronised powders like seaweeds, salts and alginates. >> Quality products
Specialised in marine products, Thalaspa proposes high-quality products. They have proven their efficiency and their therapeutic properties. All the natural raw materials are checked as soon as they arrive on the production site, well as during the manufacturing and packaging process. In addition to the numerous internal checks, each production lot is the subjected of a bacteriological analysis, processed by an external laboratory. |
