Sales Conditions
>> SALES CONDITIONS
Prices indicated on the order form are in €uros, ex-works Allaire, France
and apply to professional living only in metropolitan France and paying V.A.T.
There is no minimum order. The shipping costs are to the customers’ expenses.
Upon receiving the order form, the personal data and the way of payment, we
will send a pro-forma invoice as the receipt of the order. As from the first
order the customer will receive a customer number. Upon receiving the payment
we will confirm the delivery date.
>> PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment of the order (goods +
freight) is expected to be made either by Bank Card or check upon receiving
the pro-forma (quote for confirmation).
>> SHIPPING OF GOODS
Less than 30 kg parcels are sent
by post. More than 30 kg parcels are shipped by road. All our goods are sent
to the consignee’s own risks even if the freight is paid or advanced
by us.
In case of damage in the delivery, the customer will have to inform the shipping
company within 48 hours. Thalaspa SAS is not responsible of any accident happened
while transporting. The shipping cost will be put on your pro-forma (quote
for confirmation).
>> PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Thalaspa’s delivery time
is around 12 working days upon receiving the payment.
In case one product is not available we will try to propose the best alternative
or to confirm a new date.
>> POSSIBLE CHANGES
In case of an item is changed or
suppressed, we will let you know as soon as possible by fax or mail. The prices
are subject to change at any time. However the products ordered will be invoiced
according to the price in use at the moment of the order validation.
>> MARKETING SUPPORT
Samples of selected products and
CD-ROM featuring the catalogue and product information, will be shipped upon
request at no charge.
>> GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
We want our customers to be 100 %
satisfied with the products we sell. If any of our products didn’t meet
your expectations we would like to hear about it. In order to get an exchange
or a refund, you will have to inform us by fax or mail within 10 days after
the reception of the order.
